Proudction Process
1. Material Cutting
The production of ground screws begins with material cutting, where Q235 steel tubes are cut to the required length. Precision is key during this stage to ensure that each ground screw meets the exact dimensions needed for its application. This step lays the foundation for the strength and durability of the screw.
2. Tube Swaging
Next, the cut steel tubes undergo tube swaging, a process where the diameter of the tube is adjusted to create a tapered end.
