Step-by-Step Installation Guide
The safety line can be used simultaneously by 5 users, and here’s how to correctly install the trapezoidal roof safety lifeline system:
1. Fix the Post to the Base Plate
Secure the vertical post to the base plate using an M10×35mm bolt. On the opposite side, attach the M10 ring nut, which will serve as the anchor point for the lifeline.
2. Position the T-Hook on the Roof Sheet
Align the T-hook with the trapezoidal ribs of the metal sheet, as shown in the installation guide. The orientation must follow the manufacturer’s drawing to ensure load distribution is accurate.
3. Secure the T-Hooks and Base Plates
- Maintain a 1544mm span length between two T-hooks.
- Attach the base plate to the T-hook using an M8×25mm hex bolt kit. This secures the vertical posts and distributes weight safely across the roof structure.
4.Thread and Lock the Safety Lifeline
- Pass the safety lifeline cable through the M10 ring nuts on each post.
- Fix both ends using the M8 lock kits, and use M12 lock kits in the middle sections to ensure the cable remains tensioned and secure during use.
