Installation Steps
1. Precast Concrete Base Foundations
Start by ensuring all required tools and materials are prepared. Mark the positions for the concrete bases according to measurements L1 & L2 on the construction drawing. Ensure all the concrete bases are aligned both horizontally and vertically. Pre-embed the anchor bolts in the concrete base, maintaining a spacing of 80±0.5mm. This is essential for a stable foundation when installing the solar panel tilt mount system.
2. Install the Pre-Assembled Semi-Triangle Frame
Stretch the pre-assembled triangle frame and securely fasten the leg base to the concrete foundation. Adjust the triangle frame according to the construction drawing, ensuring that all frames are of equal height. This ensures that the rails can be fixed on a flat surface. The use of adjustable solar panel brackets allows for height adjustments to fit the setup perfectly.
3. Install the Rail
(1) Rail Installation
If the rails aren’t long enough, connect them using rail splices. Insert half of the rail splice into the first rail and fix it with an M8x12 hex bolt. Then insert the other half into the second rail and secure it in the same way, ensuring that the two rails are connected.
(2) Fixing the Rail to the Triangle Frame
Secure the rail onto the triangle frame using the provided fixing clamp kit.
(3) Final Rail Setup

4. Install the Solar Panels

Keep the threads clean and free from dust and debris. It’s recommended to apply a lubricant, such as water wax, butter, or 40# machine oil, during installation.
(2) Correct Operation Method
- Ensure the bolt is perpendicular to the thread axis when screwing.
- Tighten the bolt evenly, ensuring the torque does not exceed the specified secure torque value.
- Use a torque wrench or socket spanner whenever possible, avoiding monkey or electric wrenches. When using an electric wrench, adjust the speed to the lowest setting possible.
- Avoid high temperatures that could cause lock-up due to rapid heating. Avoid rapid rotations, especially when using electric tools.
