Teamwork in Action: Yuens Staff Compete in Solar Mounting Challenge
Yesterday, Yuens held a unique internal installation competition to enhance employees’ understanding and practical skills of the company’s core products and enhance teamwork. The competition was themed on the installation of the TP-4 flat roof mounting and solar carport. All office employees were randomly divided into four groups to complete the installation tasks within the specified time and were ranked according to the installation speed and accuracy.
TP-4 Flat Roof Mounting: A Model of Efficient Installation
The TP-4 system is a solar mounting solution independently developed by Yuens, suitable for both flat roofs and metal roofs. Its pre-assembled design significantly simplifies the installation process, reducing on-site assembly time and potential errors. Additionally, the TP-4 mounting system offers adjustable tilt angles, ensuring that solar panels on various roof types can achieve optimal sunlight exposure, thereby maximizing energy capture efficiency. The system utilizes EN AW-6005 T5 aluminum and 304/410 stainless steel fasteners, complying with multiple international standards such as Japan’s JIS C 8955:2011, ensuring its stability and durability under various environmental conditions.

Designed for versatility, the carport system is suitable for a range of settings such as parking lots, walkways, and entrance areas. It offers adjustable module orientations—either horizontal or vertical—and tilt angles ranging from 5° to 15°, accommodating diverse installation requirements .
